If you're reporting a live cross-wiki spammer or vandal in action and need immediate assistance, you can join #wikia-vstf on freenode (please click here if you do not have an IRC client installed) to contact a VSTF member directly. You'll find VSTF members voiced (+) in the channel and you can feel free to ping one of them for help.
Note that if the spam or vandalism is localized on an active wiki, check to see if a local admin is available first before pinging a VSTF member.
